Investigation launched into deadly explosion at Atlanta airport

Beasley Allen attorneys LaBarron Boone and Duane King are currently investigating a fatal explosion that occurred at the Atlanta airport. The incident resulted in the death of Mirko Marweg, a Delta Tech with nearly two decades of experience in Delta’s TechOps paint shop. Marweg, who was also an Air Force veteran, was affectionately known as “Mr. Fix-It” by his family.
University of Georgia School of Law named best value in legal education

McDonough man sentenced to life for teen's murder during robbery

DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston has announced the conviction of Lavaniel Davis, a McDonough resident, for the murder of Trevon Richardson during an armed robbery. Davis, 23, received a life sentence plus 20 years to be served consecutively and an additional five years on probation. The trial was presided over by Judge Winston P. Bethel at the DeKalb County Superior Court.
