Appellate Litigation Clinic presents case at Fourth Circuit

The Appellate Litigation Clinic recently presented the case Holley v. Combs to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. The oral argument was delivered by third-year student Zachary D. Poppe, with assistance from fellow third-year student Taylor L. Stablein, who contributed to writing the briefs and preparing the argument.
