Callaway Chair of Law Emeritus Ronald L. Carlson's book "Carlson on Evidence" (co-authored with M. Carlson) was recently cited by the Georgia Supreme Court in Baker v. State concerning the corroboration of confessions in criminal cases. This citation marks the 75th instance that this text has been utilized by Georgia appellate courts to address evidentiary issues.
