UGA School of Law mock trial team reaches semifinals in national competition

The University of Georgia School of Law’s mock trial team reached the semifinals at the William W. Daniel National Invitational Mock Trial Competition. The team consisted of second-year law students Eric S. Gulbranson, Daniel J. Lanclos, Sarah Elizabeth Najjar, and Isabel M. Stafford. Kimrey A. Dillon and William P. “Wil” Stowers, also second-year law students, participated as witnesses.

Adjunct Professor Jeremy Dailey (J.D.’14) and alumnus Nick R. Lewis (J.D.’23) coached the team.

“Congratulations to second-year law students Eric S. Gulbranson, Daniel J. Lanclos, Sarah Elizabeth Najjar and Isabel M. Stafford on finishing as national semifinalists at the William W. Daniel National Invitational Mock Trial Competition. Second-year law students Kimrey A. Dillon and William P. ‘Wil’ Stowers served as witnesses. The team was coached by Adjunct Professor Jeremy Dailey (J.D.’14) and alumnus Nick R. Lewis (J.D.’23).”

The competition brought together teams from various law schools nationwide.
