Victoria J. Haneman, who holds the Chaffin Chair of Fiduciary Law, was recently featured on BBC Radio Ulster’s program Sunday Sequence. The segment, titled “Oliver Plunkett, Relics, Sudan, Digital Resurrection,” aired on November 2, 2025 and was hosted by Mark Davenport. Haneman discussed issues related to data privacy following a user’s death.
