The Appellate Litigation Clinic has achieved a favorable outcome before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. In the case N’Jai v. U.S. Department of Education, recent graduates Garfield A. McIntyre Jr. and Taylor L. Stablein from the Class of 2025 delivered oral arguments in May.

Former students Allison J. Fine (J.D.’24), E. Hope Garrison (J.D.’24), and Robert G. “Rob” Wedge (J.D.’24) had previously presented arguments on this matter before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, which subsequently referred the issue to the D.C. Court of Appeals.
