Talmadge Chair Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge has contributed a chapter to the newly released book, The Comparative Constitutional Foundations of Private-Public Arbitration, edited by S.W. Schill and published by Oxford University Press in 2025. The chapter is titled “Whither Leviathan? The Seepage of Constitutional Law into Public-Private Arbitration in the United States.”
