Christopher P. "Chris" Twyman, a 1999 alumnus, has been appointed as the president of the State Bar of Georgia. In addition to his new role, Twyman is the managing partner and head of the litigation practice at Cox Byington Twyman, a law firm located in Rome, Georgia.

Joining him in leadership roles within the State Bar are Bill Gentry, from the Class of 1986, who will serve as president-elect, and Caleb Ratliff, from the Class of 2016, who takes on the position of YLD secretary.
