Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School has reported ongoing success in bar exam performances. This follows a historically high bar passage rate for the Class of 2022. The school has already met the ABA Standard 316 compliance for its 2023 and 2024 graduating classes, well ahead of the deadline.

In February 2025, AJMLS first-time bar exam takers achieved a mean Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) score of 143.67, which is significantly higher than the national average of 130.8. This result highlights the institution's academic progress and effective preparation methods.

The American Bar Association requires law schools to ensure that at least 75% of their graduates pass the bar exam within two years of graduation. AJMLS has maintained this standard with increasing success, showcasing the effectiveness of its bar support programs.

The continued improvement in bar exam results is attributed to the efforts of the school’s faculty and the Academic Achievement and Bar Success team. Their mentoring and data-driven methods are key components of the school’s success strategy.

Official bar passage data for the Class of 2023 will follow the release of July 2025 exam results. However, preliminary signs indicate another positive year for AJMLS graduates, reinforcing the school’s reputation for achieving strong outcomes.

"Our students, faculty, and staff are to be congratulated on this outstanding accomplishment," a statement from the school said. AJMLS anticipates sharing further progress in the future.
