Appellate Litigation Clinic argues before Fourth Circuit in Qaiymah v. McHenry

The Appellate Litigation Clinic recently presented the case Qaiymah v. McHenry before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. The oral argument was delivered by Joseph M. “Joe” Colley, a third-year student. Garfield A. McIntyre Jr., also a third-year student, contributed to writing the briefs and preparing for the argument.

The students collaborated with Benjamin J. “Ben” Osorio, an alumnus from 2011, on this case.
