All divisions of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia will close early at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. This decision is due to potential hazardous driving conditions resulting from wintry weather.

Despite the early closure, the Atlanta, Gainesville, and Rome courthouses will remain accessible for filings through a drop box system. However, the Newnan courthouse will not be open during this time.
