Professor Pamela Foohey recently presented her work titled "The End(s) of Exceptionalism: Purdue Pharma and the Problem of Social Debt" at the 43rd Annual Jay L. Westbrook Bankruptcy Conference. This event was organized by the University of Texas School of Law and took place in November.
Her presentation was part of a panel called "Taking Stock After Purdue Pharma," which focused on discussions surrounding the pharmaceutical company's bankruptcy case.
Foohey's work is expected to be published in the Cardozo Law Review.
