Librarian Rachel Evans publishes article on AI in communication

Rachel Evans, the Metadata Services & Special Collections Librarian, has published an article in the AALL Spectrum. The piece, titled "Information Overload: Communication Styles and Emotional Intelligence – How AI Can Assist Your Asynchronous Messages," appears in volume 29 of the publication for the year 2024. Evans collaborated on this work with co-authors A. Abdullah, H. Bakken, V. Horton, and J. Tubinis.
