DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston expressed gratitude to the community for their participation in the 10th Annual Love Run 5K, held on February 22, 2025, at Decatur Square. The event, established by DA Boston in 2016 during her tenure as DeKalb County Solicitor-General, aims to commemorate Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month and raise funds for the Women's Resource Center to End Domestic Violence (WRC).

“February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month and part of the mission of this race is to help spark conversations with young people about what healthy, respectful romantic partnerships should look like," said DA Boston. "The more they know as they begin their first dating relationships, the better off they will be as they mature into adults.”

This year's Love Run achieved a fundraising milestone by generating over $26,500 for WRC. Additionally, it saw a record turnout with more than 500 registered participants.
