Chad Cook has been recognized with the 2024 Chad Stewart Award, an honor named after Beasley Allen lawyer Chad Stewart, who passed away in 2014. The award acknowledges a lawyer within the firm who exemplifies Stewart's dedication to his faith, family, and profession.

Cook has been part of Beasley Allen Law Firm for over twenty years. He manages the firm's pro bono initiatives, emphasizing their importance as a way for legal professionals to contribute to society. His role involves informing lawyers and staff about pro bono opportunities and encouraging their involvement. Cook also works with clients to identify suitable pro bono cases for the firm.

He previously served as president of the Montgomery County Association for Justice (MCAJ). During his leadership, he presented Judge Charles Price with a plaque upon his retirement in 2015 and announced the creation of the Judge Charles Price Leadership Award. This accolade is awarded annually to individuals demonstrating qualities akin to Judge Price's commitment to justice.

Beyond his professional work, Cook contributes to legal education by teaching Civil Procedure and Evidence at Faulkner University and serving on the Legal Studies Advisory Committee. He mentors law students through the Thomas Goode Jones Professional Development Program, fostering connections between students and practicing attorneys.

Cook's achievements include being named among the National Trial Lawyers Association (NTLA) Top 100 Trial Lawyers.
