Amendments to Local Rules 5.1(G) and 72.1(E) and Local Criminal Rule 59(2) and (3) Are Now in Effect

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has approved amendments to Local Rules 5.1(G) and 72.1(E) and Local Criminal Rule 59(2) and (3) effective April 2, 2024. The court announced that "a document showing the changes to each rule is available here." Additionally, "the complete local rules of the Court are available here."
